Our crew are the very core of our business so it is important that we supply the best crew in the business. We make sure that we employ people who have the right attitude, are personable and committed to completing each task quickly, safely and efficiently. For 4 crew or more one of the crew would be a crew chief so there is one point of contact. Our crew chiefs have typically been in the industry along time and have good management and communication skills to ensure jobs run smoothly. Our aim is to employ people who’ve had previous experience in events and a great number of our personnel come recommended to us. Some of our crews have been with us since the company began in 2005.
In the case of skilled personnel then they would be expected to have the relevant experience/certificates in their particular field. A full cv of their previous work experience together with any references would be required prior to them being taken onto our books.
